Sometimes, you can just tell when someone is gonna be a handful.

And, if you’re like me, you do your best to be polite…but you also give off the impression that you’re really not interested in having any kind of real relationship with that person.

Because once you get sucked in with someone like that, it can be hard to get out!

Take a look at what this woman had to say about a neighbor who presented all kinds of red flags right off the bat.

Never trust the neighbor who gives their whole life story on first meeting…

“Now that this is all over, let me give you a warning. Someone being an over sharer is a major red flag.

We had a new neighbor we will call Allison.

Allison seemed nice enough at first, I’m in my 20s and she was in her early 40s.

She calls me and my baby over and introduces herself, and in this one meeting I learn she is a recovered addict, sad she never had children, and is having issues with her boyfriend. Mind you this is in like 5 minutes.

At this point I’m just like okay, she’s lonely probably, don’t judge.

Big mistake!

Time goes on and we have more casual interactions, we end up trading numbers because my husband was going out of town in case I needed anything.

We end up hearing her getting into absolute crazy screaming matches with the other neighbors, throwing stuff at their door, etc. We mind our own business.

Then one day I notice she has shallow cuts all over her arms. She sees me notice and gets embarrassed.

Oh, boy…

That same night she texts me that she’s bleeding on her floor.

I did the only logical thing and called the police. I was not about to go over and be responsible for her or put myself in danger because of her unpredictable mental state.

She LOSES it on me for calling the cops. Like telling me I am her enemy now, how awful I am, how I’m ruining her life. Long nasty message. I told her it was the right choice and I’m sorry she feels that way. And I avoid her.

She was worried about her safety.

I end up going to the office to tell them what happened because I’m usually home alone with my baby and I wanted them to be aware in case she tried to retaliate. I told them everything including her fights with the other neighbors.

They end up writing her up with two lease violations, disrupting the peace and violent encounters. Three and you get evicted.

She yet again messages me about how terrible I am and how I’m her enemy. I ignore the messages.

She accuses me of calling the cops on her when we were out of town.

Then she gets a third violation because when the leasing office came to her door to give her the first violations it smelled heavily of weed.

She accuses me of telling them she was smoking.

Uh oh…

Now she’s getting evicted. I’m paranoid all the time, because I’m usually going in and out of our shared hall alone carrying my baby. Looking at cameras and out the window to make sure she’s not outside. Just on edge all the time.

Her parents come to move her out of the apartment early because they told her they wouldn’t put the eviction on her record if she left quietly. I guess she didn’t know her parents were coming and she lost her mind.

This woman needs some serious help.

Screaming in the hall that she’s not leaving, she hits her poor old dad and runs. Her mom calls the cops, they end up talking to me to get the Ring footage because she’s claiming her parents were hitting her ?… they could barely walk up the stairs.

She decides to fight the eviction in court and loses. And finally moved out on her last day of notice to leave.

If you made it this far I hope you were entertained, or warned lol. Do I feel bad because this all started with her having a mental health crisis? Yes. But unfortunately as soon as she threatened my family I had to do what I had to do.

Learned my lesson that anyone who shares so much info about themselves , and make me uncomfortable , to listen to my gut and worry less about “judging people.””

Yeah, she definitely did the right thing by keeping her distance from this neighbor!

When you get that weird feeling the first time you meet someone…

Trust your gut!

This is one neighbor she was glad she wouldn’t have to deal with ever again!
