Calling someone “ma’am” is pretty normal.

It’s no wonder he’s mad.
No one is as interested in your baby as you are.
Some people just make everything about themselves.
You gotta feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with neighbors like this…
Before blaming the system, maybe double-check what you typed.
This sounds like a total NIGHTMARE.
In other words, he’s not being supportive just because he disagrees in principle.
Nothing makes people question your wording faster than being 45 minutes late while insisting everyone else stay calm about it.
He definitely had a good attitude about the mixup!
