Parking outside someone else’s house (further from his own, mind you) just to protest a dog’s walking route is peak passive-aggressive.
At some point, this stops being routine neighbor drama and starts being something closer to harassment.
Some neighbors just can’t be reasoned with, and this was one of them.
Parcels can be replaced, but sleep can’t, and earplugs can only do so much.
While none of this behavior breaks the law, it does break the confines of being a normal neighbor.
This would drive anyone crazy.
These dogs are clearly not being properly cared for.
Things will never change if she doesn’t confront the issue.
It’s unclear what this neighbor’s actual motives were, but in all likelihood, they weren’t good.
Sure, they should have moved, but nobody was handling the situation properly.
