This boss isn’t going to realize just how valuable this employee really was until she’s long gone.
Maybe finding a better job is the only long-term solution here.
This guy needs to get out of this work environment RIGHT NOW.
Let’s just say that this company isn’t being run very well…

No job is worth this much aggravation.
Her qualities deserve to be appreciated even if they’re not loud.
