A Rescued Rhino Became Best Friends With a Goat
A black rhino in South Africa named Swazi was abandoned by her mother and ended up at the Care For Wild Rhino Sanctuary.
Because Swazi was too small to be around the other rhinos at the sanctuary, she was put together with a lonely goat named Bokkie and the two had a connection. Before being paired with Bokkie, Swazi was very depressed and sad no matter how much time the workers at the sanctuary spent with her.The two play, take walks together, and became best friends. But it was eventually time for the duo to separate and be with their own species so they could start their own families.
