Olympic Legend Uses Butt to Smash the Most Random World Record Ever
Saori Yoshida is wrestling royalty in Japan. With 3 Olympic Gold Medals (and 1 silver) and 13 world championships, she was also the flagbearer for Japan at the 2012 Olympics. In 2007, she became the first female wrestler to be named Japanese Athlete of the Year, and in 2012 she received the People’s Honour Award. So yeah, she’s kind of a big deal.
On August 25, 2018 she also became the official World Record Holder for “Most balloons burst by sitting in one minute” with 123 balloons burst. The bizarre feat was achieved on the set of 24Hour Television: Love Saves the Earth, an annually televised fundraiser in Tokyo, Japan.
Oh and the Internet is thoroughly enjoying this clip for all its wonderfulness.
