An unknown musician biked up to the Bataclan Concert Hall earlier today with his piano in tow and played John Lennon’s ‘Imagine’ as a tribute to the victims of the horrific attacks in Paris last night.

The attack on the 1,500-seat Bataclan concert hall was the deadliest of Friday night’s attacks where gunmen killed at least 80 people.

*update* A fellow sifter, Mr. Coppola, has said the pianist’s name is Davidd Martello and that he has played previous tributes including the Charlie Hebdo shooting also in Paris on January 7, 2015
