Penguin Rescued from Oil Spill Returns Each Year to Visit His Friend
In 2011, a retired bricklayer found Jingjing, a Magellanic penguin washed ashore and covered in oil. He nursed the penguin backed to health and now the penguin returns every year to live with his friend for up to 8 months before venturing back to the sea for its annual migration.
