Rocket-Powered Bicycle Beats Ferrari, Reaches Top Speed of 207 mph
On 7 November 2014 at the famous Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France, François Gissy reached a top speed of 333 km/h (207 mph) on a rocket-propelled bicycle designed by his friend Arnold Neracher. The top speed was achieved around the 250-meter mark and the bike travelled a quarter-mile in less than 7 seconds.
