How would you deal with next-door hotel guests who are very inconsiderate and disrespectful? And by that, I mean LOUD!

This man shares an experience where he was in a hotel, and the guests next door were so loud that he couldn’t sleep.

Eventually, he asked to be moved to another room, but before he left, he made sure to annoy the annoying hotel guests.

Read the story below for all the details.

The room next to me at the hotel was crazy loud late at night.

I was at a hotel for a business trip and everything was fine.

My nextdoor neighbors were a bit loud. It was only 10 pm and I didn’t need to go to sleep yet.

By 11 pm, it became clear that they weren’t slowing down. I could hear at least three or four people over there.

This man tried to drown their noises by turning on the TV.

Still, they sounded young.

Young people are going to stay up late and be loud.

No crime there.

I turned on the TV to drown them out a tiny bit. They’d stop eventually.

I even turned on the TV too loud at one point, so they’d get the idea that the walls were thin and that they’d maybe quiet down a little.

No luck.

Even after midnight, they were still so loud.

Midnight rolled around.

The walls in this hotel were thin! It felt like the door between the rooms were open or something.

There was no way I was getting any sleep like this and I had work early the next day.

I’m a heavy sleeper, but the inconsistent loud laughing.

Were they moving furniture?

He called the front desk and asked to be moved.

I thought about being the guy that would knock on their door and ask them to be quiet.

But I didn’t think that would go anywhere.

It was after midnight, and they weren’t slowing down at all.

Instead, I called the front desk and asked for another room.

They said that they’d send a security guard up with a new room key.

He packed his things and waited to be moved.

I packed my room and waited by the door.

There’s something weird about packing a hotel room after midnight, and I found myself getting more and more irritated by my inconsiderate neighbors.

I could hear these guys even better in the hallway through their closed door.

Before he left, he turned up the volume of the TV.

As I stood in my open doorway, the security guy rolled around the corner.

He took my room key and handed me another one six floors up.

“Just a moment,” I said.

Out of eyesight, I turned up the volume on my television with the remote and threw the remote back into the room.

Then, he hurriedly left and rode the elevator.

It was uncomfortably loud, but not full blast. The channel was on a late night Simpsons marathon.

I figured the random screaming, explosions, and laughing would be a perfect companion for these late night partiers.

Once the volume was up, I hustled out to the elevators to get out of there.

I wonder if the annoying neighbors will even notice since they’re being so loud themselves.
