Customer Asked A Costco Service Rep If She Was Having A Bad Day After Her Tone Came Across As Rude, But It Set Her Off And Made The Call Even More Uncomfortable
She didn’t do anything wrong.

This is common practice.
Both sides handled this poorly.
The customer is at least sometimes right.
This tourist lucked out! Now, that’s karma.
What bad customer service.
What a great outcome!
This business’ lack of commitment to customer service hurt them big time.
Some service comes with more attitude than smiles.
