Well, this sounds like a total nightmare…
She needs to get out of this apartment ASAP.
It’s so bizarre to me that the HOA won’t do anything about this situation.
This situation would be so frustrating!
He is doing the right thing by recording her actions.
But honestly, they don’t have anything to hold against her.
Just because she isn’t paying rent doesn’t mean she has no rights at all.
In the end, standing up for yourself increases the chances that dishonest people will be discouraged from continuing their actions.
It’s awful that they have to deal with such crazy neighbors.
