A bird in Venezuela named Blondie might look a little bit unusual because he has no hair and he can’t fly, but he seems to be loving his life with his adopted family.

Blondie’s owner was concerned after she noticed the bird’s feathers started falling out and he was having trouble flying. She learned that Blondie suffers from a virus that attacks birds’ immune systems called Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease and can affect their feathers and beaks. Since Blondie was depressed over losing his feathers, his owner introduced Blondie to their dollhouse. It’s no surprise that he absolutely adores it!
