Check out this POV of firefighters in Rotterdam driving to the scene of an emergency. According to commenters on reddit, the reason it took them so long to reach their destination is because the bridge they were going to cross (at 1:55) had just opened, forcing them to divert and take a longer route.

Thankfully, when they do arrive, it looks like other emergency response vehicles were already there.
