We have not gotten any dates or time frame.

I told my fiancé it all depends on dates and time frame, but he seems disappointed.

I feel it will come back on me.

Because he told his family he needs to discuss with me before finalizing things.

I love my fiancé’s family, but I just appreciate my privacy and alone time.

Now, she’s asking if saying no won’t make her bad.

The family would also be bringing their pets.

And we have pets, including a shy cat who I don’t think would like any of this.

Am I the jerk for potentially saying no to my fiancé’s family staying with us?

It is completely reasonable for OP to want more details before agreeing to let family members with pets move in.
