They Left Their Room Window Wide Open for Hours—Then Demanded a Full Refund and Room Upgrade Over “Moth-Infested Sheets”
Some people are doing too much.
Some people are doing too much.
That customer should be banned for life.
I assume the lady didn’t live there.
It’s unfair to be reprimanded when you’re just doing your job.
They’re trying to catch out their customers.
She created the retail version of hide-and-seek, forgot to tell anyone they were playing, then complained nobody found her quickly enough.
A huge yikes moment.
What a nightmare.
Gravity does not offer express service.
She did the right thing, and I’m glad that it ended up working out for everyone.
