It seems that he finds some sort of joy in knowing that he’s annoying his neighbor.
I hope the rules work in her favor.
The neighborhood kids can’t be allowed to continue to treat the property like a jungle gym — full stop.
Retaliation would not work in her favor.
Sometimes, giving someone what they want can be more satisfying that arguing your point.
I think he needs to talk to the neighbor when he calms down.
He really is a good neighbor, but you don’t want to cross him.
Hopefully next time the neighbor is more considerate.
