Actor Johnny Depp makes a surprise visit to the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, Australia. The actor donned full make-up and costume, performing in character as Captain Jack Sparrow.

Depp has spent much of the last year in Australia filming the fifth installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean series.
