With the amount of news regarding dogs and kids, I totally understand her concern. Being touchy about pets doesn’t look good on anyone.
In my opinion, though, this whole thing is a bit too weird to be healthy.
As long as the dog isn’t barking all day, there is nothing wrong with keeping it outside.
When you refuse to do the right thing, sometimes someone else has to step in and do it for you.
There’s no denying it…this is straight-up GROSS.
This sounds like an episode of The X-Files…
This has to be one of the absolute worst neighbor stories of all time!
Their neighbor is the definition of the word RUDE.
Their neighbors sound lazy…and immature!
You can only ignore awful situations for so long.
