In this lovely portrait/landscape photo by Adam Stevens, we see what I believe is a Highland Cow with its rocking horns and unruly hair. The beautiful surrounding landscape is somewhere near Cornwall, UK.

Highland cattle are a Scottish breed of cattle with long horns and long wavy coats which are coloured black, brindled, red, yellow or dun. The breed was developed in the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles of Scotland and have since been exported to the rest of the world since the early 20th Century. [Source]
