Customer Blasts Restaurant After They Wouldn’t Let Her Pick Up The Food She Ordered 30 Minutes Before It Closed

I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I understand the frustration when someone calls in an order five minutes before closing time, but this story didn’t seem to add up.
A woman named Taylor shared a video on TikTok and recounted what happened when she placed a to-go order from an eatery.
The woman said she placed an order 40 minutes before the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. and the person who took the order gave her some attitude.
When she got to the restaurant, the doors were locked…
She explained, “The workers are sitting at the bar rolling silverware. And they had already given me **** on the phone for ordering an appetizer at 9:20 so I was fuming.”
Taylor said she waited for 10 minutes before a restaurant employee apologized and gave her the food she ordered.
