A lot of people seem to having big issues with their phone carriers these days, and this woman is no exception.
Her name is Stephanie and she posted a video on TikTok and talked about the recent obstacles she’s had to deal with in regard to Verizon.
Stephanie told viewers, “Just because it says Verizon doesn’t mean it’s Verizon. You need to look in the door and make sure it doesn’t say authorized Verizon retailer.”
Stephanie added, “Verizon can’t help me, because it’s an indirect retailer. So please make sure that when you go to Verizon, you go to real Verizon, not fake Verizon.”
The caption to her video reads, “Fake Verizon messed up my bill by $500, double billed my services, and don’t have a phone number.”
Here’s what she had to say.
