Just about everyone has had times in their life when they are short on money and desperate.
For some people, that means putting the basics on credit and then making payments on them, which is what this TikToker noticed someone doing.
The video starts off with a payment plan document in the back, and the TikToker superimposed on the front. He says, “Y’all, this girl posted that she’s almost done paying off her tacos.”
Well, I guess she must have been in a tight spot.

He goes on to say, “Now, I’ve seen a lot of stuff in my life, I ain’t never seen nobody get on a payment plan for $11 worth of tacos.”
Hey, it isn’t much different than putting fast food on a credit card, and people do that every day.

He laughs and thinks it is funny, saying, “No shade. No shade, but this is wild. This is what you call utilizing your resources. Honestly, I’m not even mad at it.”
Now he is getting it. People do what they have to do.

Then he has a change of heart and wants to do it himself. He says, “Honestly, I wish I could go to Ruth’s Criss and be like, you, y’all take After Pay?”
The After Pay service is also zero percent interest, so it is actually a pretty smart move.
With inflation the way it is, you are actually saving a little money.
