Ugh…I’m having some flashbacks right now about neighbors from the bad old days…

In today’s story, a man talked about a neighbor who got all up in his business and tried to get one of his vehicles towed away.

AITA for taking up 2 parking spots at my complex?

“I used to live in a nice quiet apartment complex, with ample parking. One assigned spot per apartment, and then open parking for other tenants and guests.

I had 2 cars, a brand new luxury car with RWD, and a 5 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which I drove in the winter.

This is weird…

One of the older tenants cornered me one day and wanted me to get rid of the Jeep. She didn’t like looking at it, and according to her I never drove it so it wasn’t allowed in the lot.

Next thing I know, it’s getting towed. She told our leasing agency it was abandoned for months, and that it wasn’t road legal (it was).

I stopped the towing, gave our leasing agent an earful for not handling this the right way and told the old lady to stay away, or I was calling the cops.

What’s he supposed to do now…?

My wife was listening to us tell the story of the crazy old bat, and she agrees, the lady was a jerk, but says I’m wrong for having two cars and parking in overflow.

These were multi-room units so everyone had multiple cars, and my roommate didn’t have one, so we had 2 cars and 2 rooms.
