I rent a flat with my partner on the first floor of a two-story converted terraced house.
The guy upstairs is one of the nicest people I’ve met.
He lets me know when he is carrying out renovations or has people staying.
He also actively repairs the communal areas.

On the other hand, the guy below is a jerk.
We have the misfortune of our bedroom window looking out onto their garden, where three very plump dogs are all day.
