Parking spots (or the lack thereof) have a way of bringing out surprisingly strong opinions from complete strangers.

One mom found herself in exactly that situation after returning to her car with her baby, only to be immediately approached by another rude driver practically demanding she leave the spot.

She explained her son needed a diaper change and some time to calm down first, especially with traffic backed up on a single-lane street where nobody could simply wait around.

Instead of understanding, the other driver suggested she pull out immediately and handle everything somewhere else, and when she refused, the driver accused her of being selfish.

I just finished taking my baby son to the park and was going back to my car. It was parked in an area with very heavy traffic, so as soon as I got to my car, a lady asked if I was leaving.

I said yes, but my son needed a diaper change and needed to be settled down first. This street only had one lane, so they couldn’t just wait for the spot and hold up traffic.

That’s when the busy mom was confronted by a stranger.

The lady asked if I could just pull out and park somewhere else and change him so she could grab the spot.

I said no, that would be extra inconvenient for me to deal with a fussy infant with a dirty diaper while driving.

This rude lady had a lot to say about that.

She said I was being selfish and should be more considerate of other drivers.
