Sure, there are plenty of good property management companies out there…
But let’s not deny the fact that there are also some that are straight-up AWFUL.
They don’t take care of their places, they let unsavory characters live there, and it upsets the nature of entire neighborhoods.
Just ask this guy…
He sounded off about how his neighborhood is being overrun by people he’d rather not associate with, and he’s had just about enough of it!

“I’ll spare the details of how my townhome neighborhood is being terrorized by redneck renters.
But the HOA and their property management company has done nothing to remedy the situation and their lease renewed last month for at least another year, so I’m looking at 11 more months MINIMUM of this nonsense.
He’s stuck…
I own my place and I absolutely cannot afford to move, nor should I have to.
The house is owned by an LLC and managed by a local property management company.
And he’s tired of dealing with these people!
After an exceptionally frustrating day of their nonsense, I found out who owns that LLC and I want to contact them to tell them what terrorists they’re renting to.
Is this weird?
I’m not going to threaten them or anything. I’m just frustrated that some rich jerk can buy up houses throughout a town they don’t even live in, pass them off to a property management company who definitely care, and then that’s it.
