Is it just me, or are trips to the grocery store getting a bit more annoying these days?
Yes, we’re all dealing with high food prices, but what about the other people we have to deal with while we browse the aisles?
Some of them have no regard for others and they’re holding things up for way too long.
That’s what happened to the woman who wrote this story and let’s just say that she wasn’t too happy about her shopping experience.
Read on and see what you think!
AITA for calling out someone sorting pre-packed strawberries ?
“At the grocery store today.
So I am going through my list and head to the produce section. Go to get strawberries but there is an older woman there and she is looking at the pre-packed. Turning them over and looking at each one.
Fine we all check so we don’t get bad ones.
I go grab some sweet potatoes then come back.
You don’t see this every day…
I now see she is opening up packs and sorting them to make her “perfect” pack.
At this point I spoke up with “You have to be kidding me! Seriously?!”
Come on!
And she says “I don’t care! At these prices, I want all good ones .”
$3.99 a pound and she is is complaining about the price .
Does anyone think what she was doing was acceptable.
Take into account that when you buy pre-packs you are assuming random people haven’t sorted through them.”
