Living next to someone can become stressful when boundaries are constantly being tested.
This woman has been dealing with ongoing tension with her neighbor for quite some time. What started as various disagreements has turned into a situation where even ordinary things around their homes have become sources of conflict.

I have a neighbor… a very annoying neighbor
I can say a lot of what’s happened over the past year and a half, including:
Banging on my door, screaming, and shouting over a parked car (on my property).
As well as plant pots (on my property) smell of cannabis and my child’s friend playing in the garden.
This woman adds more reasons…
She was also continuously making comments passing by such as “tramp.” “weirdo,” and others.
She also told my child to stop winding her dog up through the fence panels in the garden. My child was digging a hole.
She literally set up and made fake audio clips and attempted to say they were me.
A lot is funny, and a lot is rather sad.
She wants to know if this kind of neighbor drives anyone else crazy.
Anyway, the point of this post is she continuously puts her bins on my drive.
No one does anything as she says she’s “allowed.”
Does this drive anyone else insane?
We’re both on some order that prevents us from talking to each other now.
Living next to someone you constantly have problems with can be exhausting. I can feel OP’s frustration since there seems to be no easy way to resolve things. Since both neighbors are now under an order preventing them from communicating directly, keeping their distance may be the best way to keep things peaceful.
