One Resident Used The Neighbors’ Absence To Finish A Fence Project, Only To Face Complaints As Soon As They Got Back

Talk about unreasonable.
I really doubt that the neighbors are trying to be extra loud to annoy her.
It’s unfair to be reprimanded when you’re just doing your job.
The neighbors are wrong, but it may not be worth it to argue with them.
Talk about unapPEALing.
The tiniest roommate often brings the biggest noise.
Hopefully he got rewarded for this!
He’s gotta move on up or move on out.
