Tenants Made A Deal To Do Work For Their Landlord, And In Exchange Would Get To Buy The Home Down The Road. But When The Landlord Backed Out And Evicted Them, They Learned The Law And Made Sure He Lost In The End.
They didn’t win, but they sure didn’t lose either.
