Banksy Unveils Two New Artworks
Banksy unveiled two new artworks this past weekend. The first piece (below) was spotted in Cheltenham, a large spa town and borough in Gloucestershire, England. The stenciled artwork shows three ‘agents’ spying on a telephone booth. It’s no coincidence that Cheltenham is also home to the GCHQ (Government Communications Headquarters).
In a second piece entitled Mobile Lovers, spotted in Bristol on Clement Street; we see a couple ’embracing’ each other with their faces lit by their smartphones. A classic tongue-in-cheek artwork from Banksy and the placement is spot on.
