Check out this incredible macro photograph of a natural snowflake by Alexey Kljatov. According to Kljatov, this is a relatively big snow crystal (snowflake), 4 or 5 millimeters in diameter.

The setup: Glass background with backlight, additional lens Helios 44M-5, 11 RAWs averaged. I believe that means this is a composite of 11 raw macro images taken. What gorgeous detail!
