If your answer to that question is YES, then we think you’re going to be pretty excited about the new Cookie Monster ice cream bars that are available in some Costco locations.

And one Costco employee was nice enough to take viewers on a tour of how these babies are made at the factory.

The video has hundreds of thousands of views and shows how the process unfolds from start to finish.

The new Cookie Monster bars are filled with vanilla, Oreos, chocolate chip cookies, fudge swirls, and they’re dipped in chocolate for good measure.
