In the video, Kailani said, “Hey Mister HOA, If you’re gonna send the unit owners a letter saying that we owe $6,000-10,000 for an insurance premium increase, the least you could do is send prepaid postage on the return envelopes.”

Kailani was clearly upset and added, “you crooked *** mother.”
