This family learned the hard way why many people hate HOAs.
It’s so bizarre to me that the HOA won’t do anything about this situation.
I feel bad for the neighbors.
If anything, she was too accommodating.
There have to be a lot of other neighbors who are also fed up with these loud neighbors.
This is not acceptable behavior.
She should leave him alone.
