I’m not sure this is the way that I’d handle the situation that you’re going to read about, but hey, to each their own, right?

Check out how this Reddit user got some petty revenge on a landlord he wasn’t happy with.

Dealing with condo board and landlord!

“Generally I work out of town. 15 years I’ve been renting a condo and basically live in a hotel.

About 10 years ago I noticed some weather damage around the condo but every year the landlord raised the rent so I didn’t tell him or the board.

They decided to be petty about it.

My rent is up nearly $1,300 since I started but now the natural damage to the place I barely use is going to really hurt them (foundation, rot in attic, water spots).

Yearly they do checks and I do my best to cover up the problems and soon I’ll be moving and I wish I could see what their bill is going to be.

Thanks for raising the rent for a place I barely used, greedy jerks.”
