To make a long story short, there’s been some kind of leak in the bathroom ceiling from the above unit since late May.

Nothing has been figured out despite numerous work orders.

This caused our one and only shower out of order at times.

Because the ceiling has been almost fully replaced due to water damage.

This woman heard another reason for what’s causing the leak.

Well, this morning we had our 7th leak.

And it was coming from the cracks in the new drywall pieces on the ceiling.

Once maintenance finally showed up, saying it’s the stems of the bathtub leaking.
