I really think this is a question for building management.
The house guest needs to move her car or leave.
He should absolutely never hire this guy again.
Sometimes, the real fixer-upper is the neighborhood, not the house.
They need to talk this out because it sounds like they resent each other right now.
Everyone involved probably could’ve made better choices.
The joke wasn’t funny, and he definitely said it to the wrong person
