Turns out, not everyone is cut out to be the boss.
After just a couple of weeks, the manager gained a newfound appreciation for how those escalations were being handled.
This was very low stakes, but it worked to mildly annoy some people, which, sometimes, is all one needs.
If things don’t start turning around soon, she might have to take her skills elsewhere.
This boss isn’t just bad — he’s practically barbaric.
The ball is in her court now, and a well-placed complaint to the boss’ boss could be a fairly effective next move.
It may take a while, but it’s worthwhile to find a boss that doesn’t make their employees feel like garbage.
