Supervisor Screamed at an Employee for Asking a Question in a Meeting — a Coworker Reported Him to HR
If nobody reports him, his behavior will just continue.

If the coworker wanted to work overtime, all they had to do was show up.
This is clearly not the right job for her.
She should’ve asked for help sooner.

Most of the time, “better for the business” means worse for the employees.
