What the Underground of a Gas Station Looks Like

Reddit user planetmaster recently snapped this pic of a gas station under construction in Greenville, Texas. As usual, there were many interesting titbits in the comment section where we learned:
The black round plastic with the white lid are spill buckets where tankers fill the tanks. The two boxes house the pumps, gauging and monitoring equipment, and access hatch. Pipe sticking up is for hand gauging tank.
