A Home Depot customer posted a viral TikTok video that showed her unusual request in the store’s paint department.
The woman brought in a container of Folger’s coffee to the paint department and a person off-camera said, “Why can’t you just have a normal paint color?”
The woman replied, “I don’t like those colors.”
She then confirmed to the Home Depot employee that she wanted to mix in coffee grounds with white paint.
The employee seemed skeptical but hey, the customer is always right…
The customer said, “I don’t like the browns that are over there, so we’re gonna see …”.
The employee told her they could have tried to color match, but it was too late at that point.
The Home Depot worker told the woman not to pour in too much coffee or the paint won’t get mixed the right way.
Another customer told the woman “good luck” before the video ended.
