I was washing hands after using the bathroom.

This guy exits the stall after taking his time in there.

He stands around sinks, but does not wash his hands.

I thought, “This guy is waiting for me to leave so he can not wash his hands and not get caught not washing.”

This man clearly saw that his coworker didn’t wash his hands.

I leave the bathroom, but stand in the hall outside.
