A Mom Asked to Use the Bathroom — When Told There Wasn’t One, She Had Her Kid Pee on the Store Floor Instead

When a child has to go to the bathroom, it can be urgent, and in a perfect world, any store should let them use their facilities.
What would you do if your store had no safe public restrooms (which was posted on the door), but a parent and small child came in and asked anyway?
That is what happened to the retail workers in this story, so they told the mother that they didn’t have one. In response, Mom told her son to urinate right there on the floor, which he did.
This is absolutely disgusting and the mother is way out of line. Read through the full story below to see what you think of what happened.

So, I haven’t worked in retail in decades, but I was recently reminded of the horrors of the job when I stopped in at my local convenience store to pick up some soda and a snack.
I hate it when stores don’t have a bathroom open to the public.
The cashier was absolutely livid; she was crying tears of rage, and ranting to another customer about the previous customer, and as I listened, I finally understood what had happened.
A mother had come in with her young boy (about four years old), and had asked to use the bathroom. It’s well-known that this certain convenience store chain does NOT have bathrooms available for the public.
Now this is beyond disgusting and unacceptable.
Signs are posted on the door and on the walls, so it’s very clear that this is not something that is allowed.
Well, after being told that her child could not use the bathroom, despite it being an emergency, the mother then instructed her son to drop his pants and pee right there on the floor of the store.
There is no reason for this, especially since the store had signs making it clear that there was no public bathroom.
Again, the child did not have an accident; the mother told him to pee on the floor like an animal.
And yes, there at the corner of the counter is a yellow puddle that trailed up the counter and over the bags of chips and candy that are on display there.
The mother was just angry, and she is training her son to be a horrible person.
What really stuns me is that right outside the store are a dozen trees and a dumpster area that is semi-enclosed, and any one of these would have offered a much better location for taking care of the “emergency”.
I cannot imagine what would possess someone to do this, and I’m horrified by the thought that this kid is going to now have it somewhere in his head that it’s acceptable to pee on the floor of a store if he’s not allowed to use the bathroom.
People really flabbergast me sometimes.
It is hard to believe that some people in the world act like this. Absolutely unacceptable.
