It is true that first impressions can make a huge difference, especially when someone is trying to break into the workforce for the first time, no matter your generation.
She wasn’t grabbing her sister and running, so why did he react like this?
Both sisters would benefit from treating this less like an emotional standoff and more like a simple, written agreement.
If her sister refuses to apologize, she must not want her job back very badly.

With the amount of news regarding dogs and kids, I totally understand her concern. Being touchy about pets doesn’t look good on anyone.
