Supervisor Changes The Dress Code So That Employees Can No Longer Wear Shorts, So One Employee Buys A Kilt
Every rule needs at least one exception.
Every rule needs at least one exception.
She needs to make other plans.
What an amazing engagement.
She should give them space.
Moral of the story, don’t tell your best employee they’re replaceable.
Going above and beyond isn’t always helpful.
Lesson learned — never underestimate the chaos a phone on silent can cause.
That makes it extra sweet.
She knows she had good intentions, and that’s what truly matters.
