They need to be grateful not jealous.
It’s awful when HOAs try to bully the neighbors who don’t even live there.
Doing your job can be complicated when management disagrees.
She’s going to need backup.
I bet the police are almost just as annoyed at the neighbor as he is.
This relationship may not last.

This does not suggest that she’s a good person or a nice roommate to live with.
