It is unlikely that the chef or the manager will change their behavior.
Sadly, the bad manager got exactly what he wanted.
She really isn’t understanding the situation.
How can anyone be so oblivious to the world as to think that they don’t need data backup?
If his parents aren’t appreciative of what he is doing, then he shouldn’t help them at all.
Just provide the information you can; the apartment manager will understand.
Why even bother calling if you aren’t ready to listen to the people on the phone?
He needs to look at this differently.
