Right now, it really does look like she’s just making excuses not to pay.

It goes to show that when you tick people off enough they’ll fight back.
With some hard work and determination, you too can overthrow an HOA board!
It’s so bizarre to me that the HOA won’t do anything about this situation.
I feel bad for the neighbors.
You don’t want the worst person in the neighborhood to be HOA president.
She was probably quite embarrassed when she realized her mistake.
Retaliation would not work in her favor.
Hopefully the HOA president gets voted out.
The HOA board couldn’t stop them!
